BLACK AFGANO PERFUME NASOMATTO

BLACK AFGANO BY NASOMATTO

Excellence, luxury and harmony: Three words that come to mind that express the essence of Black Afgano by Nasomatto. Alessandro Gualtieri, one of the highly regarded perfumers in the industry is the nose behind this exotic brew.

Black Afgano

Fragrances have been my passion for many years. Having to sniff many different scents, at first glance of this dark juice I felt as if it’s something I have experienced before. It reminded me of Arabian Nights by Jesus del Pozo, another dark, magical potion. But then I wonder where is that intense smell of oud in Black Afgano which I get in Arabian Nights? After a few minutes, Black Afgano went on a different direction that made me realize it’s not the same as Arabian Nights.

Another fantastic perfume that came to my mind is Tabac Aurea by Sonoma Scent Studio, a great tobacco based fragrance. But then blond tobacco is not present in Black Afgano (or maybe it does). But still, Tabac Aurea is still far from being close to Black Afgano.

Despite my analogy of Black Afgano to other several masterpieces as mentioned above, it remains a distinctly unique fragrance that does not bore me at anytime! Just goes to how excellent this perfume is. What a fragrance this is indeed and I really much adore it! Which makes me wonder, what is the perfumer trying to say in his creation?

Made with the most natural ingredients, a unique and elegant bottle design, 30ml of extrait concentration that comes with a hefty price, this perfume definitely gives you a feel of luxury.

Considering it is made of Parfum concentrate, the highest perfume oil concentration, Black Afgano stays at 12 hours on my skin, sometimes longer. The fragrance is velvety, with the softness of silk, with facets of creaminess and a touch of talc powder. I am referring to the feel of the aroma and the vibe I get from this juice.

This fragrance was built around the essence of cannabis. You may or may not know the smell of cannabis but it is said that it is suppose to have narcotic effects. But worry not, for this fragrance does not have that same effect of real cannabis.

The smell of cannabis and the smell of blond tobacco mixed with other components in making perfumes is probably where I get the connection between Black Afgano and Tabac Aurea. The aroma is quite mysterious and alluring.

The description of the Black Afgano scent “The fragrance aims to evoke the best quality of Hashish”. It is the result of a quest to arouse the effects of temporary bliss. No wonder, Black Afgano perfume contains the smell of cannabis.

Black Afgano may not be for all, but would recommend it people over 35. It is a long lasting fragrance that I enjoy throughout its performance. I consider it unisex.
